Meaning and usage
Editorial draft学习 focuses on the activity of studying or learning. It does not by itself say that you have mastered the subject. It can take a subject as its object or stand on its own.

学习 () describes the process. 学会 () highlights reaching the ability to do something. Studying a skill does not guarantee that you have learned how to perform it yet.
